The purchase of services offered by One Body (SARL) (“One Body Getaways”, “We”, “Us”) constitutes a contractual agreement between the traveller(s), customer(s), and/or purchaser(s), (collectively as “You” and “Traveller”, and “Customer”) pursuant to the following terms and conditions. Services include and are not limited to; cliff jumping, paddleboarding, scuba diving, yoga, rock climbing, hiking, abseiling, Muay Thai Classes, and CrossFit.

Purchases & Bookings

Upon booking a € 300.00 deposit, per person is required to secure services.

After the required deposit payment is made, the customer will have 28 days prior to the activity start date to pay the remaining balance. In the case that the customer requires more time, One Body is to be advised as soon as possible, and each case will be considered individually.

Customers are given 14 days “Cooling off Period” for deposit payments made at booking.

Customers are given 28 days “Cooling off Period” for full payments made at booking

After the allocated “Cooling off Period”, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

One Body is not liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is a result of Acts of God (including but not limited to fire, floods, earthquake, storm, hurricane, volcanic ash cloud, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute or strike. One Body will do their best to honour activities and schedules, however we will replace it with an alternate activity if due to any of the above circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities & Acceptance

Upon confirmation of booking, One Body does not include any flights or transportation to and/or from the destination.

It is the customer(s) responsibility to organise and pay for their own flights to the booked location, for this reason, One Body does not accept any responsibility for delayed, missed or cancelled flights, ferries, or other modes of transportation required to reach a location.

It is the travellers responsibility to pay for intermittent transportation to the booked location. One Body can help advise on the different methods of transportation available.

Any type of advice provided by One Body is purely advisory, as such we do not accept responsibilities for any problems, cancellations or delays

Upon booking, it is the customer(s) responsibility to provide any and all injuries, illnesses, medications and dietary requirements to One Body.

Upon booking, it is the customer(s) responsibility to provide all relevant personal information regarding any/all injuries, illnesses, medications and dietary requirements to One Body.

Any serious predisposed injuries, illnesses and/or allergies, that may result in harm and/or injury during any activities and services offered by One Body, is required to be disclosed with us.

All activities and services provided by One Body are participated in at the guests own discretion, and at their own risk. Risk assessments are conducted for all activities and services, however it is the sole responsibility of the customer(s) to determine whether an activity poses a risk to themselves or the customer(s) health. One Body does not accept responsibility for any injuries/illnesses, damages or issues that may occur during the services offered.

Food allergies will be accommodated, however due to third party involvement with all meals, One Body can not guarantee the avoidance of certain types of food. Travellers with allergies, especially those that are life threatening and can result in serious injury and/or death should avoid travel and services offered.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

One Body does not offer any refunds or transfer of funds to other activities with the exception of the following circumstance:

Specific Foreign office advises against travel to the exact area that the trip is being held.

In the above circumstance, One Body will allow the transferring of funds to an alternate trip if the advisory still stands 16 weeks prior to the start date of the service(s).

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances or in the unlikely event that One Body has to cancel the trip.

One Body reserves the right to cancel or postpone services offered under the following circumstances:

Less than 6 people have booked

Political, environmental/weather, and/or health and safety concerns,

Apparent risks or threats to customers health and safety

In the event that a service is cancelled or postponed by One Body, customers will receive a full refund, or the funds paid can be transferred to another service offered by us.

In the event of a cancellation by One Body, and the customer opts for the refund, please be advised that the payment refund process may take up to 12 weeks to process.

One Body is committed to deliver the activities and prearranged schedules to our customers, however we will replace it with an alternate activity if due to weather or unforeseen circumstances at the trip location.

Services and Activities

All activities and transportation are booked with external parties.

One Body act as agents between the customer(s) and external third party companies and are therefore not responsible, under any circumstance, for the actions of these parties.

It is the customer(s) exclusive responsibility to use their discretion and determine whether or not they are participating in a unsafe activity. The customer is not expected to take part in any activity that they are uncomfortable with. The customer has the right to refuse any activities and services provided throughout the trip, however refusing a pre-purchased activity will not result in a refund.

The customer(s) and traveller(s) carry the sole responsibility to use any and all safety devices available including but not limited to; seatbelts and harnesses. If these are not provided and/or are unavailable, it is the customers responsibility to determine the risk and whether they wish to participate.

The customer(s) are responsible for assessing their own capabilities in the participation of potential workouts. The customer(s) will be attending workouts exclusively at their own risk. One Body do not take responsibility for any illness or injuries that may result in the participation of these activities.

Photos & Videos

During activities and services, customers may be photographed and/of filmed by either One Body or contracted photographers/videographers. The photos/films obtained may be used for marketing purposes that may or may not be related to services offered by One Body. By attending activities and participating in services, the customer automatically accepts the possibility of being filmed or photographed. In the case of the customer wishing to not be filmed/photographed, the customer should contact One Body at their earliest convenience.


One Body will strictly comply with the ruling EU GDPR as relevant for the country and territory it operates in.

One Body will be collecting personal information during the booking process, some of which is necessary to share with our third party partners for planning and booking purposes, namely allergy and injury information. One Body does not share and/or disclose personal contact or banking information with any third party companies.

Upon booking, the customer will receive a confirmation email. This is not a marketing email, and the customer will have to opt-in separately and sign up to receive One Body newsletters and related marketing material.
